How Understanding Your Core Values and Triggers Can Lead to a More Balanced and Fulfilling Life

As lawyers, we have many strengths. The characteristics that helped us get through law school, the bar exam, and late nights at the office can often lead to stress, anxiety, and feelings of an unfulfilled and unbalanced life. This presentation will help you understand your core strengths and values and give you tools to recognize and understand common triggers, which will allow you to learn to pause and reflect rather than react. Knowing your core values and beginning to understand your triggers are two important steps on the journey of well-being.
